Easily Change the Den into a 3rd Bedroom

When we built these Patio House, we built them so they could easily be converted from a Den to a 3rd bedroom or visa versa. How we did this was to frame the house for both options at the time they were originally built. So it is very easy now to convert the rooms back and forth with very minimal work and cost.
