There are 4 condos in this building. Unit #1 (which is for sale) is the only unit that doesn't have people above or below them. It is a completely detached on 3 sides. The picture below shows how this house is separated from the other condos. This is why it is a highly desirable condo. (The picture is not of 308 N. 3rd St. It is in the same complex. We used this building in the picture below because it can easily be seen from the side.)
