Difference Between the Designs
There have been 8 Bahl Patio Home projects with 5 major designs. We have floorplans from 7 of the 8 Bahl Patio Home projects listed below in chronological order. The floorplans are from different Bahl Patio Homes we have listed and sold as Real Estate Agents. The Bahl Cluster Homes is the 8th project, but is was a completely new design and not an evolution of the floorplan. So we have not listed it here. Here is the floorplan which started it all off. This is a floorplan from the Reed & Evelyn project. All the floorplans in this project were the same. There were 2 roof styles which were both "A" framed. There was a low rise roof and a higher pitched roof. These houses have 1,198 s.f. We have listed and sold many of these houses over the years.

The 2nd Project built was the Sunnyvale Saratoga Road project. All the floorplans in this project were the same. The changes between the floorplans are very minor & all have to do with the intercourt. The width of the Intercour (between the garage & the bedrooms) was reduced. The coat closet which had extended into the intercourt was slide down so it extends into the garage. The water heater was put into its own closet which now opens up into the intercourt. This project had 3 roof types. There was the 2 "A" frame roofs and the addition of a shed roof. These houses have 1,172 s.f. We have listed and sold many of these houses over the years. The 3rd project built was Cheyenne North. All the floorplans in this project were the same. There were some major changes to the floorplan. A loft (2nd floor) was added. In order to make room for the stairs, the kitchen/dining area was pushed out. There were 3 roof styles. The high pitched "A" frame, a flat roof & a shed roof. These houses have 1585 s.f. We have listed and sold many of these houses over the years.
This is a floorplan from the Poderosa West project. All the floorplans in this project were the same. It is exactly the same as the Cheyenne North Bahl Patio Homes. It had the same roof styles also. This is a floorplan from the Garden Terrace project. All the floorplans in this project were the same. These houses were built on 6,000 s.f. lots instead of 4,000 s.f. lots. The house has also increased in size to 2,089 s.f. They have 3 different roof types. There is a combination of a shed and an "A" framed roof, a low rise "A" frame roof & a high pitched "A" frame roof. This floorplan was based on the previous Bahl Patio Homes projects, but it has to many difference to list here. We have listed and sold many of these houses over the years. Here is a floorplan from the last Bahl Patio Homes we built. There is a total of 10 with this floorplan. This is a floorplan from the Yukon Village & Cheyenne South projects. All the floorplans in this project were the same. Like the Garden Terrace project, these houses were based on the older Bahl Patio Home floorplans, but the changes are too numerous to list here.
