Garden Terrace Floorplan

Here is one of the 3 floorplans which were available in this tract. The variation in this tract were minor. The fireplace in the living room was either in the front of the room (as shown in the floorplan below) or it was where the patio door was as in this floorplan. There were 3 different roof height over the living room, dining room and the entry. There were also 4 different fence styles.
