Recommendation for Denial from the City Planning Commission

As much as the City of Mountain View loves the design of the Bahl Patio homes, they hated them when they were proposed in their City. Now they are examples of yard utilization & superior design. They especially love the low profile that a Patio Home incorporates into its design. Then they just deviated from the standards and should be denied.
